ALEXANDROV GROUP Co. is a building company specializing in the construction, marketing and management of holiday developments in Sunny Beach and Nessebar, Bulgaria. The organization is formed completely on a local basis, which enables the priority to be a landowner of the best building plots and to be very well acquainted with the point of the real estate market in that area.
In 2000, the building of the first of a number of ambitious projects of Chavdar Alexandrov – Alexandrov Plaza hotel - is finished. The luxurious seven-storey building remains in the history of Nessebar as the first four star hotel in the popular tourist town. Alexandrov Plaza soon turns into favorite place for holiday for a number of renowned Bulgarian persons and makes popular the name “Alexandrov” as a symbol of comfort and quality. The hotel is successfully functioning for 5 years already welcoming tourists from all over the world, until 2006, when following the trends of contemporary development it was reconstructed into apartments for sale under the name Alexandrov Residence.
In parallel with the hotel management, the young and energetic Alexandrov is developing also his unique feeling of building entrepreneur – the first residential complex appeared under the most appropriate name of Alfa. Situated at only 350 meters from the beach, the complex comprises 100 apartments built up and realized entirely with the help of Alexandrov’s devoted relatives and friends. Alfa and a few easily built foreign investors‘ private villas portended the success of the future corporation.
In 2005, the first of the already well-known chain of holiday complexes – Sunny Day - was entirely completed and sold out. Sunny Day 1 is a solid seven-storey building on area of 4 000 square meters, comprising 120 apartments. Being located at only 300 meters distance from the beach greater part of the apartments offer to the newcomers unique sea view and luxury and reasonable prices. They also enjoy the invariable outdoor swimming pool, children’s playground, restaurant with bar, reception and everything needed for a complete holiday.
Yet in the following year 2006, the bigger twin brother of Sunny Day 1 – Sunny Day 2 was available. Again, the complex is fully sold out mainly to English and Irish citizens. The multifunctional 140 apartments are luxuriously equipped and completely furnished by the young but promising development company.
The popularity of the next major project Sunny Day 3 – planned for year 2007, established ALEXANDROV GROUP Co. as the fastest growing and competitive company in the region. The complex exceeded everyone’s expectations with its 350 properties situated on 15 000 square meters and the surprising change in the architecture. What is more, in parallel with the realization of Sunny Day 3 on the international real estate market, the relatively modest Sunny Day 4 with 100 apartments and part of Sunny Day 5 were sold out.

As for the eight times Bulgarian surf champion – Chavdar Alexandrov – he still believes that his best friends are also his best business partners. With his inherent nobility and energy, he is heading as a chairman Association of Foreign Investments Encouragement – a non-government organization with the objective to maintain and stimulate the business relations between a number of young and prospering Bulgarian companies and similar ones in other countries.
